Crystal Rainier Retreat Rental Terms and House Rules

GUEST
The Guest booking the House warrants they are at least 25 years of age. The Guest confirms they have read and agree to abide by the Rental Agreement and Policies and other specific instructions specified by Owners.

HOUSE
Owners grants Guests the right to use the House except areas locked off &/or labeled as off limits, including storage areas. The Guest understands that no alterations to the House after check-in to accommodate unique Guest needs.

CANCELLATIONS BY GUEST(S)
No refunds for weather or premature departure for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will refund the housekeeping fee.
Refunds: The nightly rental rate plus tax is subject to a 3% credit card fee.

  • Full refund if canceled 60 days prior to arrival
  • 1/2 refund if canceled between 30 and 60 days of arrival
  • No refund if canceled within 30 days of arrival

UNDISCLOSED GUEST CHARGE
We will charge undisclosed guests an additional $50 per person per night plus tax. Please notify owners of additional guest changes prior to or during your stay.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF VEHICLES:
Four total. Please do not park on the street.

CANCELLATIONS BY CRYSTAL RAINIER RETREAT
In the unlikely event that we will have to change confirmed reservations, we will advise you at the earliest likely date. If this happens, you will recieve a full refund.

DAMAGE POLICY
We inspect the house after check-out and we will notify you within 7 days of any damage. Damages incurred will be charged to the credit card on file accordingly. If there is such a charge, receipt and explanation of the charge will be emailed within 14 days. Crystal Rainier Retreat has the authority to bill Guest/Cardholder for the remaining balance for damages due and/or to seek legal action against the Guest/cardholder to recover loss for damages caused by Guest/cardholder while staying at the House.


HOUSE RULES
QUIET TIME AND GUEST CONDUCT
Outdoor quiet time starts at 9 pm. The house is not for parties o gatherings of anyone except for those who paid to stay there. If there is excessive noise or music, illegal activity, or evidence of a violation of these policies, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.

RISKS/SAFETY
Children are welcome, but there are conditions in and around the house that may pose hazards to them, as well as to adults, such as a loft and stairway, fire pit, and wood splitting tools. Crystal Rainier Retreat does not assume any responsibility for injuries resulting from your failure to use due caution. Crystal Rainier Retreat is not responsible for accidents or injuries to Guest(s) or their guests. Guest(s) assume ALL LIABILITIES for the well-being of themselves and visiting guests, and will not hold Crystal Rainier Retreat or homeowners liable.

SECURITY OF THE HOUSE and LOST OR STOLEN PROPERTY
When you rent Crystal Rainier Retreat, you assume responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your personal property. Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the house.Crystal Rainier Retreat and its owners are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

NO SMOKING/CANDLES/PETS POLICY
Crystal Rainier Retreat is a pet, candle and smoke-free home. Smoking and pets are not allowed or within 25 feet of the property. The House is equipped with outdoor video cameras. If this policy is violated, there will be a $300.00 deep cleaning charge per pet, per smoker – no exceptions.

CHECKOUT LIST/HOUSEKEEPING
It is the Guest responsibility to follow the checkout list in the home. If the housekeeper reports excessive cleaning is required after your stay, we will charge your credit card $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. Excessive cleaning is any item not completed from the checkout list, and/or cleaning that is required to return the Home into a condition that was presented. Please remove shoes when inside.

UNREPORTED DAMAGE
Please report damage found upon arrival or damage that occurs during your stay by calling us at 360-951-3480. If we encounter unreported damage to the home, furnishings, or stolen items of any kind, we will charge the credit card on file.

GARAGE
The garage is not available for use unless the optional additional apartment is included with your stay. Supplies are off-limits.
